Can the application details be changed after completion?

To make any changes to your order after it has been completed, we will cancel the current order and will make a new order with the required changes within a period not exceeding 4 days from the date of making the order.


Can I cancel my order

Yes, you only need to contact us within a period not exceeding 4 days from the date of making the request, through:

In the event that the order was paid in advance, your deposit will be refunded through the original method of payment.


If the order is canceled after 4 days, the advance payment may be deducted to compensate for the damage caused by the start of manufacturing the product.


Some products may differ in the type and shape of the accessories attached to them from the image on the website according to their availability in the Egyptian market. This does not prevent their quality and being free from any defects that prevent the use of this product.


Some products such as carpets may differ slightly from the image shown on the website due to the lighting conditions that were used when the product was photographed.  


Check The product is received by the customer before the delivery representative leaves. Receipt of the product is considered an implicit acknowledgment of approval and that it is free from any technical defects that prevent the use of the product intended for it.


Do I get charged when I make a return or do I get a full refund?

We do our best to deliver the best possible quality to your home, which is why manufacturers manufacture your product on demand. The product you receive is specifically designed to fit your needs and can only be returned if damaged or not matched Specifications required.


If you request a return of your product due to damage or mismatching content, you will receive a full refund for your order.

 In the event that a product is returned without manufacturing defects, the customer will bear 25% of the product price in addition to the actual shipping cost of the product.

Product recovery requirements:

  • We encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to receive it if there is no damage or mismatch with your order,
  • You can return your product if it is found to be defective within 14 days from the date of delivery if it is in the original condition received and has not been used
  • In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us through the previously mentioned official communication channels within 24 hours of delivery to report it. Please take at least 3 photos of the damage and send them with your return request.
  • In the event that you change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of the delivery date only if the product accessories are complete, in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition. (It does not apply to furniture and decoration products manufactured to order).
  • You can report missing parts/defective products you received within 48 hours from the date of delivery stating the nature of the damage/fault/lack
  • Products can only be returned if installed by a technician (Do-it-yourself products are excluded. Ex: shelves, bathroom storage units, etc.)
  • Failure to apply any of the above points will be deemed to have accepted the product(s)/or your return request may be refused.


Home Decoria has the right to cancel the order during the processing period without giving reasons, according to the necessary procedures that led to the cancellation of a customer’s order, which is the last decision that Home Decoria can resort to. 


Product recovery steps:

  • If you believe that during the time of delivery the product was not as stipulated in the contract and there are total defects that prevent its use, you must contact us immediately through our communication channels or chat with us electronically directly through the feature on our website and provide details of the product and the damages incurred. .
  • In the event that there are minor defects that do not hinder the use of the product for the purpose for which it is intended, we bear the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged part within an acceptable period.
  • You must return the product or hand it over to the shipping company that we send to your home.
  • We will carefully examine the returned Product and notify you via email within a reasonable period of seven working days from the date the Product was returned if the Product can be exchanged or whether you are entitled to a refund (as applicable). Payment or exchange of the item is made as soon as possible (it may last from 7-10 working days) after the date we send the e-mail confirming that the process of refunding or exchanging the product is proceeding.
  • If a defect or damage that prevents the product from being used for its intended purpose is confirmed in the returned products, we will give you a full refund including the fees paid by you for delivery and return. The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method with which the transaction was made
  • Procurement unless otherwise agreed.
  •  In the event of a return of the prepaid product via Visa (in the absence of a defect in the product) or cancellation of the order, the customer shall bear 3% of the value of the administrative expenses.
  • In the event of a return of the product paid through Value (in the absence of a defect in the product) or cancellation of the order, the customer shall bear 5% of the value of administrative expenses
